Always careful to satisfying the customer
and to optimising internal resources,
in July 1997 C.D.Z. obtained from
D.N.V. ITALIA, a SINCERT
accredited certifying body, certification
of the company's Quality System as
conforming to the requirements of UNI
EN ISO 9002 standards.
Quality and customer assistance
In compliance with the standards, all
C.D.Z. materials and services are
checked both on the way in and on the
way out. Similarly, all internal
processes are continually checked.
This, combined with the qualification
of all component suppliers, makes it
possible for C.D.Z. to obtain a quality
product that satisfies all Customers'
requirements, even those not initially
specified.
Once the AHU has been delivered,
C.D.Z. provides customer assistance
that gives immediate solutions to any
problems that arise during and/or
installation. This customer service
also carries out functional checks of
the ATP, verifying air capacity, load
losses, noise and/or temperature
levels, all with pressure drops.
With the introduction of the Vision
2000 standards, all C.D.Z. services
have been improved. The company
has focused attention on the primary
role played by the customer, with more
attentive and qualified management of
orders.
